New machine day is the best day. This one is a NeoDen reflow oven, photographed fresh off the truck, still in its wrap and riding the pallet jack.

A reflow oven does one job: melt solder paste so the parts placed by the pick and place actually become a board. Doing that evenly, panel after panel, is the difference between a line you trust and a line you babysit.
